To ensure the best experience for all our customers, please go through our policies below
before placing an order.
Advance Payment
80% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 20% is to be paid before delivery or pickup.
No Cancellations
Once the order is confirmed, no cancellations are possible. This is because we prepare every cake fresh and customised especially for you.
Order Preparation
We start preparing your cake only after the booking is confirmed with the advance payment. All cakes are made from scratch, after order confirmation.
Customised Designs
Please share all design details, theme references and any special requests at least 3–5 days in advance. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
Order Timeline
We recommend placing your order at least 3–7 days in advance, especially for customised, themed or multi-tier cakes. For large or elaborate designs, please book earlier.
Fresh & Eggless
All our cakes are 100% eggless, made from scratch after order confirmation. We do not use preservatives and we use high-quality ingredients.
Delivery / Pickup
Self pickup available from our studio. Delivery can be arranged in and around Hyderabad (subject to availability and additional charges).
Allergy Information
Our cakes may contain dairy, nuts, gluten and other allergens. Please inform us about any specific allergies at the time of booking.
